BY CHECKING THIS BOX the above-noted and undersigned Consigner (Seller) hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, release, remise and forever discharge Plewman Auctioneering Inc. operating as Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions SK and any and all directors, officers, employees and independent contractors of Plewman Auctioneering Inc. operating as Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions SK from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, actions, proceedings, suits, debts, judgments, obligations, payments or demands, of every nature and kind whatsoever, both in law and in equity, and all legal and other costs of any action whatsoever, arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with the consignment of the undersigned Consigner's (Seller's) vehicle to Plewman Auctioneering Inc. operating as Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions SK in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Consignment Declaration. In addition, the undersigned Consigner (Seller) hereby covenants and agrees not to make any demands or bring any action against Plewman Auctioneering Inc. operating as Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions SK with respect to the consignment of the undersigned Consigner's (Seller's) vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Consignment Declaration. The undersigned Consigner (Seller) hereby acknowledges and agrees that the undersigned has read this document carefully and has complete knowledge and understanding of its contents.

FINAL AUTHORIZATION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND INSTRUCTION
